When either gets stuck in cycles of degradation and inflamation, then we al stay stuck as a species. We live a traped life. We live with a pandemic inside a pandemic.

I hesitate to narate it because the answers are often so obvious, but these are stil ready solutions for the taking: healthy diet, healthy slep, exercise, social conection, estem, and empathy.
