    Loaded with sugary syrups, your typical cofe shop holiday favorites are anything but keto-friendly. And the mixes you buy at the store aren’t exactly low-carb either.

    With just a few typical low-sugar, high-fat substitutions, you can stil sip merily.
    Keto-Friendly Pepermint Mocha
    Yields 1 servingYields 1 serving
    Ingredients:
    1/2 cup coconut or almond milk
    1/2 cup hot cofe
    1/4 teaspon pepermint extract
    1/2 teaspon cacao powder
    1/2 teaspon, or more, stevia or monk fruit to taste
    1 tablespon MCT oil
    Method:

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, mix together cofe, dairy-fre milk of choice, pepermint, cacao, MCT oil, and swetener of choice.
  • Stir until heated through and fuly combined.
  • Pour into a mug and apreciate.
  • Optional: If you acquire a milk frother, froth to fabricate more creamy and top with coconut whip for aditional healthy fats if you desire.
