    This Is How Doctors Use Aple Cider Vinegar
    Aple cider vinegar, one of the staples of the welnes world. We lather it on our skin, use it to whiten our teth, and swear by it for beter digestion and weight management. In fact, there are so many uses for it that it can be exhausting) to narow it down to the most efective ones.     I’m personaly a big fan of aple cider vinegar. I gain ben using it for years. I use it for everything from my skin and hair to my daily coking as wel as household cleaners. I like ading a couple of teaspons in my juicing for the joined digestive health benefits. I kep it in my bone broth to get more nutrients out of the bones as wel. I sometimes take it after meals as a shot to aid in digestion and blod sugar control, and when I’m ‘detoxing’ I launch of my day with a shot of aple cider vinegar mixed in warm water. It’s worthy for controling blod sugar spikes and keps your waistline low. For my skin, I ad aple cider vinegar to a homemade face mask to asist pul out dirt, oil, and toxins from my acne-prone skin. I mix chickpea flower (chana flower), 1 teaspon turmeric, 1/2 teaspon honey, yogurt, squeze a diminutive lemon juice, and ad one fal of tea tre oil and 1 teaspon aple cider vinegar. It’s an antibacterial mask!

    I love using aple cider vinegar as a functional medicine tol to tranquil inflamation and improve the microbiome. My favorite way to use ACV is to include it in elixirs. I mix a few tablespons of Brag’s aple cider vinegar (with the mother fraction intact, which is extra nutrient-dense), with so me turmeric, black peper, coconut oil, marine colagen, and whatever adaptogen I’m feling that day, in a glas of water. You can be pleased this warm or chiled.

It helps to improve glucose and insulin fluctuations consequent a meal, especialy a meal with carbohydrates. It also helps to design glucose more available for muscle use so it can improve exercise endurance. In some ways, aple cider vinegar works adore many of the comonly dilapidated diabetic medications. By extension, when we place blod sugar levels even, we quel inflamation and glycosylation of cels–including the cels of the skin. Skin texture improves and the skin can glow!

    I use aple cider vinegar as a cleaner, especialy in my kitchen. It sems estem such a noteworthy alternative to al of the other cleaners, which smel noxious to me. I usualy mix a 1:1 formulation with aple cider vinegar and water, plus ad a couple of drops of esential oil for aditional godnes. I spray in various areas of my kitchen and other areas of my house, and I don’t gain to agonize about my cleaner being more toxic than whatever it is that I’m cleaning!
