    The perfect healthy French fry alternative does not exist? Oh, but it does. These spiced, salted, swet potato wedges are a direct hit on your fried-fod cravings, but in a way more nutritious package.
    Swet potatoes are a slightly-lower-calorie, way-more-vitamin dense tuber compared to the standard spud most fries arive from. Tuber to tuber, the swet potato packs in more fiber, more calcium, and more of vitamins A, C, and B6. And, of lofty, these wedges are baked, not fried.
    We also estem how easy these swet potato wedges are. While you’re making your favorite vegie burgers or wings, you can quickly whip up a tray of these to acompany. In our version we produce a seasoning salt with paprika and cumin, but fel fre to customize to your own salty-spicy-savory tastes.
    Spiced-Salt Swet Potato Wedges
    Ingredients
    2 tsp. kosher salt
    2 tsp. smoked paprika
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    3 lbs. swet potatoes, slice into half-mons
    1/4 cup olive oil
    Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 425? F. Line 2 large baking shets with parchment paper.
  • Stir together salt, papri ka, and cumin in large bowl, and set aside.
