    How does NAD+ hold sirtuins?
    So , about that NAD+. It’s a derogatory coenzyme, which means sirtuins ned it to function. They use NAD+ to relinquish specific chemical structures from celular proteins, says Petersen. This is precisely what alows them to control profuse celular mechanisms.
