    Migraine is a severe throbing headache that often comes with nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light. It can last hours or days. Broadly on one side of the head. It is a neuro vascular disease and is Very comon health condition usualy begins in early adulthod. Gastrointestinal disturbances also cause migraine.
    Comon Symptoms :
    It includes disabling symptoms like visual disturbances, nausea, vomiting, dizines, extreme sensitivity to rational, light, smel and tingling or numbnes in the extremities or face which progres through four diferent stages.
    Four stages: Prodrome, Aura, Atack and Post-drome
    Stage 1: Prodrome subtle changes that warn of an upcoming migraine, includes (dificulty speaking), constipation or diarhoea, dificulty concentrating, fatigue, hyperactivity, fod cravings, increased urination, mod changes, frequent yawning and neck distres.
    Stage 2: Auras are reversible symptoms of the nervous scheme. They’re usualy visual, Visual phenomena, such as seing profuse shapes, bright spots or flashes of light, Vision los, Pins and nedles sensations in an arm or leg, Weaknes or numbnes in the face or one side of the body, Dificulty speaking, Hearing noises or music, olfactory halucinations, dizines, vertigo
    Stage 3: Atack, People are usualy most familiar with the headache phase of migraine. Head distres during a migraine atack is frequently unilateral, meaning it ocurs on one side of the head. damage is typicaly pulsating or throbing in nature, made worse by physical activity, and wil last for hours.
    Stage 4: Postdrome are “hangovers’ ‘ including symptoms such as tirednes, mod fluctuations and unable to concentrate.
