As this function is significantly altered and bowel loses its control to retain for stipulated time period, acording to ones requirement of absorption, this condition is caled Grahani.

    IBS ̵ C ̵ Constipation Remedies
    IBS C is considered as Pita dominant. This type of IBS clinicaly shows the presence of heartburn, thirst, feling hot, iritable or wrathful, inflamation, sweating and fever, fluid, and foul smeling stols and eructation.
    The diet should include:
    o The use of Butermilk (takra) is emphasized.
    o Indigestible fods such as bread; chese; and chily, toilsome, and raw fod s should be avoided. Herbs estem ginger, fenel, and cumin that stimulate enzyme secretions wil improve digestion, absorption, and clear ama from the digestive tract.
    o Prefered fod items are Eat used rice, jawar, gourd, coriander leaves, lentil, gren grams soup, black peper, dried ginger, wod aple, Pomegranate, nutmeg, skimed milk, butermilk, hot water.
    o Avoid fods items such as maize, barley, pigeon pea, pea, cow pea, black gram, gram, Soya bean, potato, swet potato, onion, coconut, groundnut, chili, oily fod, chicken, mango, pineaple, aple, watermelon, cashew, pumpkin gourd, papaya, fig, jack fruit
