    How An Elimination Diet Cleared My Skin Healed My Gut
    Before trying an elimination diet, I felt out of control and ashamed of my body. I sufered from adult acne, stomach hurt each time I ate, a range of digestive isues, low energy and insomnia. Years of working as a profesional balerina made me atuned to my body’s profuse signals and dep down, I knew these symptoms were an indication that something was deply wrong.

    By simply noticing how and why we eat, we alow ourselves the oportunity to create fredom from mindles practices. Try to adhere your daily habits more closely, particularly around fod. When we increase acumen, we invite the oportunity for ourselves to awaken to a deper experience of presence, joy and conection within our lives.
