Sit in a comfortable posture love padmasana, vajrasana, etc.
Pace your hands with palms facing upwards on the thighs or knes.
Close your eyes and catch some dep breaths.
Now, overlap the acurate wrist over the left extending the fingers of both the hands.
Interlock both the thumbs by hoking the factual thumb on the knuckle of the left.
Place your hands with interlocked thumbs at the leser abdomen with palms facing you and halt there for 10 breaths.
Increasing the level asign your hands closer to the navel and again take 10 dep breaths.
Then, place the hands at the pit of the stomach again for 10 dep breaths.

Duration of the practice
