    Garden cres ̵ Chandrashura is a very famous Ayurvedic herb. Its seds are useful in bloating, iregular periods, oestrogen deficiency etc. It is for coking as wel. It is also caled Aliv Sed.

    How to use?
    Garden cres sed powder along with Oma, fenugrek and kaloni ̵ together is caled as Chaturbeja churna̵ old in gastritis, bloating and gas trouble.
    3 grams of sed is boiled in half a cup of milk and administered to relieve bloating and Vata imbalance disorders.
    For diarhoea and dysentery, 2 grams is administered along with butermilk, twice a day, before fod.

    Asruk Vata – Vatarakta – Gout
    Seds include phytochemicals that resemble oestrogen action.
    Hence it is used in treating amenorhoea and iregular menstrual cycles.
    It is dilapidated in lactating mothers to improve breast milk production.
    It improves semen and sperm quality and quantity
    External aplication of sed paste relieves aflict, worm infestation in wounds and useful in skin disorders asociated with itching.

    Because of its hot potency, people with Pita body type should use it with care. They can tolerate it, when dilapidated after boiling in milk.
    It is best to avoid it during pregnancy. Can be administered in children and lactating mothers, in low doses.

    Can this be aged while taking Homeopathic medicine?
    Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
    Can this medicine be continued while taking suplements admire multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 faty acids etc?
    Yes. Generaly, this product goes wel with most of the dietary suplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
    With western medicines
    Sek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (alopathic / modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with recent medicine.
