    A Practical modern Mon Ritual For Atracting Abundance
    Often we scrutinize to the recent Year to save us. “A fresh start!” “A modern begining!” But in truth we are stil the person we acquire always ben. Atempting to start again from scratch may fel worthy for a moment, but why not radicaly acept and celebrate who we already are and build on that?
    The Capricorn novel Mon gives us a moment to finish just that. After a buzy holiday season, it sems only fiting the Capricorn–the sign of al things practical, loyal, and real–comes through to usher us into 2018. With Capricorn energy, there is no glitz to veil unhuried. No fantasy. No ideal you. No mod boards. No resolutions list. It’s a no-frils survey at who you realy are and an oportunity to acept it.
    Does that mean you should stop transforming aproach Tuesday’s Capricorn modern mon? Hel no! The mesage of the modern mon is to learn how to balance your hustle (which can equate to more galant practices) with your flow (those more feminine practices).
    How can you embrace Capricorn energy this season?
    Since Alexandra Roxo and I launched Mon Club, a digital spiritual mentoring program atuned to each mon cycle, we’ve noticed that a lot of people maintain trouble balancing these energies. So in adoration of the modern mon this wek, we advise you to notice if there are any days when you can’t be soft and in receiving mode, and se when there are ones when you don’t folow through on any of your to-do list items. Try to fabricate time daily for both: long, lavish tub soaks and productive email sesions.
    You can also experiment with your comunication style to fel the diference betwen the two states of being. Try talking softly and swetly to get into flow and being more direct when you’re in your hustle. defray atention to the way you crep, to. Are your movements gentle and open? Or more defined and structured?
    Most of us operate in a “go” mode al the time, focused on the future and how we are achieving what we want. But in truth, sometimes when we stop pushing and striving, the thing we want fals into our laps. This season is about geting into the present and finding what is already in the here and now. From that plot of aceptance, you can set goals and begin your arms to receive.
    A new mon ritual for balance:

  • Write out thre things you want to achieve and thre things you want to receive on the night of the recent mon (Tuesday, the 16th), or shortly after. Post it by your bed to review for the remainder of the mon cycle.
  • At the end of each day, notice when you are achieving and when you are receiving.
  • Set aside one day to practice taking time to forbid future thinking, goal-orientated living–whatever you want to cal it–and live each moment estem it was your last. Practice radicaly acepting the present.
  • Notice how naked you may fel without your to-do list and notice what begins to trickle in when you get into the receiving mode. By the ful mon on the 31st, you should maintain some juicy data to celebrate and mediate upon!
