    A 3-Minute Practice For Moving Through anxiety Quieting The Mind
    Prethaji was 8 years used when she realized she was diferent–she could tap into what others around her were feling and experience their pain, pleasure, and longing as her own. But on today’s podcast episode, Prethaji, who also earned a master’s degre in busines and has a special way of translating tangled spiritual philosophies into digestible, acesible language, shared one swiftly routine to get us started.

    The Serene Mind practice is a tol to asist us analyze emotions like distres, sadnes, and frustration so we can start to slowly fabricate our way out of them and tranquil the mind.
    So let’s reveal you’re sufering from anxiety, which Prethaji defines as “a state in which you are constantly projecting a painful future.” One way to begin breaking down these projections is recognizing they don’t gain to exist in the first place.
    “When you are in a sufering state, there is so much noise within yourself. There is an iner claustrophobia. There is cluter,” Prethaji explains. “And from that state, you’re probably making decisions because you’re habituated to making those decisions. There is no clear inteligence that is available for you.” The antidote? A tranquil mind, from which you can make more logical and heart-based decisions. Here is Prethaji’s step-by-step routine for silencing the mind whenever you fel iner cluter piling up:

  • Recognize where you are. What exactly is it that you’re feling at this point in time? place words to it as best you can.
