    .) Today, we consulted a profesional intuitive on the best ways to move beyond cleaning your house and spruce up your spiritual energy this year.
    As spring takes over the northern hemisphere, it’s a worthy time to clean out and clear away spaces you frequent, admire your home, ofice, and ca r. But what about tidying up your energy? That can get stagnant and clutered to!
    Here are some sugestions for refreshing your energy body–that fragment of you that you canot necesarily se but you and others can often fel–just in time to watch the flowers blom.
    1. Tidy up your physical place and fabricate sure it loks clean, splendid, and inviting.
    Ever notice how you fel more quiet, light, or optimistic when you enter a splendid and orderly rom? Making your suroundings pleasing and cozy can gain a dramatic consequence on your mod. Music powerfuly influences our energy.
    5. Do an energy clearing once a wek of your physical space.
    This is a noteworthy practice to get into after you physicaly tidy up your home. You can use sage or incense, a bel, or aromatherapy spray. Walking around your physical spot, use the smoke, sound, or smel to clear the energy. Tune in as you vagrant around your home. If the energy fels heavier in a certain heavily aged dilema, estem over your desk or bed, or if the energy fels lagard in a rarely aged plight, adore a corner or closet, defray a few minutes waving the sage or spritzing the aroma therapy spray or ringing the bel in that area.     8.Spend time in nature.
    Nature has an unbelievable capacity to clear your personal energy. This is why people fel so tranquil and centered after walking through a local park or siting by a stream. If you live in a city and canot get to nature every day, invest in some suculents or houseplants–a miniature grenery goes a long way! Nature encourages our energy to near back into balance. When we fel balanced, it’s easier to put dificult situations we’re going through into perspective.
    9. Let crawl of something from the past by forgiving yourself.
    Did something imediately come to mind when you read that sentence? Is there something you are stil judging or shaming yourself for, even though you maintain done al you can to aflict control things and learned many important lesons? Maybe the next leson you ned to learn regarding this situation is forgiving yourself.
    Make a ritual out of it–grab your journal and pour your heart out over this situation. Write down al your regrets and how you have changed for the beter from this experience. Then rip the paper up into teny-tiny pieces and bury it outside somewhere safe and private. This might submerge going to a park or objective into your backyard and placing the tiny pieces of paper under a rock or diging an inch or two into the suly with your fingers and placing the papers there. decide to move on in a powerful way after this intelectual ritual.
