Here are a few mental tips and rituals I’ve sen be realy efective at geting people into the manifestation mindset and bringing their dreams–whether it’s atracting financial abundance or making more like-minded friends–into reality. May they aid you lure al the wonderful oportunities that you’re after:
    1. Is your mind geting in the way of your highest god?
    The mind loves to strategize and analyze. Brainstorming and executing a location may be second nature for you, but when it comes to manifesting, it’s best to surender and let your mind be open to al posibilities. Who knows–the Universe might have something beter than the mi nd can arive up with! When you initiate trying to manifest a curent job, lifestyle, companion, romate, or anything else, don’t latch on to to many minutiae. Remain start and mentaly flexible.
    2. Watch for signs.
    Train your brain to be more display and watch for signs from the Universe. When you’re trying to make a gigantic change or bring something novel into your life, the Universe wil begin sending you tons of guidance. Watch for synchronicities, or meaningful coincidences, and wise words from friends, loved ones, and even strangers.     3. Curb judgmental or negative thoughts.
    When harnesing the co-creative magic of the Universe, you’l get more bang for your buck if you manufacture the decision to be optimistic and inspect on the incandescent side. If someone or something is very trigering and leads you down a black hole of negative thinking, try to avoid them or the region, or use mindfulnes to redirect your thoughts. show mercy on yourself and others when you can, since you are asking for mercy from the Universe to aid with your manifestation. The Universe loves a dance cohort who is grateful.
    If you’re going through a rough patch, remember that you can be sad and stil genuinely grateful for the blesings in your life. design plot to fel into and proces your emotions–especialy the negative ones–and it wil be easier to contemplate positively.
    4. asign your intention at the front of your mind.
    Often people enact not manufacture much headway with a manifestation goal because they don’t check in with it often enough. Puting a sticky display up on the bathrom miror as a reminder of your goal or making a phone date to talk to a close friend or relative about it are both remarkable ways to cease proactive.     Go outside and gather anything that cals to you–sticks, rocks, leaves, flowers, dirt. Then find a spot on your porch or in your backyard where you can asemble an altar. If you’re a city dweler, buy a bouquet with a bunch of diferent types of flowers, and then use the petals, leaves, and stems to create your miniature exhibit. As you arange the natural objects in a prety or interesting patern (check out Morning Altars for inspiration), reflect about your manifestation goal and silently interogate that the energy of the earth near to your asistance. Leave your altar out for the wek, and every time you inspect at it, thank the earth for its asist with your manifestation. move out of your way to live grener that wek, even permanently adopting a novel gren habit.     Perform a candle and journal ritual.
    Set aside some calm time (20 minutes) when you know you wil not be interupted and when you’re not to crazed (no deadlines loming or screaming babies wanting to be fed). spend a few minutes taking some dep breaths and quieting your mind. Light a candle to initiate the ritual, and pause to delight in the flickering flame. Get out your journal, but instead of writing down what you did earlier in the day or what’s ben on your mind, continue to let your mind b e austere. Silently inquire the Universe or your soul what you most ned to know acurate now about your manifestation eforts. Try to let the ideas and words aproach through you, as with automatic writing.
    You should se some surprises on the page when you enact, things that manufacture you say, I never conception of that before! You might se some desires or fears you were aware of but didn’t want to admit to yourself or others. Once you’re done, sit and gaze again at the candle’s flame, and then blow it out to close the ritual. Be sure to silently thank Spirit and your guides for any ideas or words of wisdom that came through.
