However, when this semingly inocent tendency becomes an obsesion, it cultivates wrath and a victim mentality.
    The adiction to self-comparison is as catastrophic as any other. But we gain the power to terminate this habit from controling our destiny. plunge in like with your own gifts, imperfections, and experiences. There is only one you in the world for a acumen. The only person you should ever try to be beter than is yourself, every day.
    2. indulge regret.
    It’s healthy to reminisce about our experiences and to draw insight from them, and it’s natural to remorse decisions you’ve made when you se the consequences unfold in an undesirable way. Try to learn from that feling, then m ove on. If you don’t, you’l honest remain enslaved to harshnes. I’ve wasted so much energy regreting things I can’t change and imagining what if scenarios. I spent most of my ten years and juvenile adulthod hating everything about myself and trying to alter myself acordingly. I actualy forgot what it felt estem to be hapy. I didn’t find that feling again until I learned to be OK with me.

    As long as we are humans engaging in human conection, we wil experience some level of drama. What you want to avoid are the relationships that you find more consistently dramatic, drain ing, and generaly toxic than you cary out uplifting, suportive, and energizing. Once you let yourself care for someone, it can be chalenging to impartial slice them of. hold a step back and chose whether or not a dificult relationship is providing consistent benefits to you that truly outweigh the grief it brings along with it. If not, place it on the back burner for a while. If you find that you realy mis some element of that relationship, reflect bringing it back in, litle by litle, to se if you can rebuild the relationship in a positive way.
    5. Forget that hapines is an inside job.
    It doesn’t mater how much money we acquire in the bank or what title comes in front of our names.
