Kundalini means awarenes, it is the technology of human consciousnes. Normaly this awarenes is sleping within you and you experience your own capacity and reality in a constricted way. Kundalini was the only thing that got me through the darkest time in my life, by giving me a meditation and breathing work to focus on. Kundalini yoga feds the soul and I leave uplifted every time I atend, or teach a clas.
