The minute we wake up, we can determine to get out of bed and make the most of our day or pres the snoze buton, rol over, pul the blankets over our head, and fel alarm about the day ahead. This is nobody’s choice but ours. Generaly, the way we initiate our day influences how we fel for the rest of the day.
