    4 Steps To Eliminating Self-Limiting Beliefs Creating Posibility

    Some beliefs are unbiased more inflexible than others, and these setbacks are part of the natural clearing proces. You might have to repeat this proces a few times before the novel belief patern sticks. Throughout these steps, I provide an example from my coaching practice of how this might work in your life. Let’s open the proces now with Step 1.
    1. Identify your limiting belief
    We must open with acumen. This sems estem an prominent statement, but there are so many times when we are realy not aware of what we have in. To uprot a limiting belief, we must first be capable to clearly articulate it and se it for the encumbrance that it is. So, how do we recognize a limiting belief when it arises?
    Though each limiting belief is unique, what al limiting beliefs maintain in comon is that when you think about them, you don’t fel excelent. Are you feling fearful, ashamed, perturbed, depresed, or hopeles? fabricate exhibit of what you’re thinking in those moments, because those thoughts wil often represent your limiting beliefs.
    They create a plan of “either/or” thinking. There is no rom for creativity. Also, when you reflect a limiting belief, your body wil often retort with physical sensations that contemplate the negativity of that idea. You might frown, furow your brow, or fel a pit in your stomach. You might experience feling your body freze, or you may even maintain a sinful taste in your mouth. These sensations can be clear indicators that you’re operating with a limiting belief. Once you’ve identified it, you’re ready to crep on to Step 2.

    Once you are aware of your limiting belief, your next step is to conect to choice. stop open and weird, and remind yourself that this belief is not hapening to you. It is something arising from your internal thought proces, and you can change it. By conecting to choice, you asign the power to change the experience of your reality back in your hands.
    To activate choice, first fel into your limiting belief. Once you maintain a clear experience in your mind and body of the limiting belief, repeat this:”I created or adopted this belief, and it no longer serves me. At any time, I can setle to create or adopt a novel belief, a far beter one to replace this one. Am I ready to cary out that now?”
    When you receive a resounding and authentic “yes” to that query, you have conected to choice. This sems clasic, but it’s not always. Conecting to choice means we gain to give up our stories of victimhod or boycot and shame. It means we also gain to inspect at the ways we may acquire ben perpetuating a negative belief and sabotaging ourselves. It means being vulnerable as we step into the unknown. If we yoke to choice, we might produce a mistake, and that can be scary.
    3. Expand the context around the limiting belief
    The goal of this step is to break through the resistance of the old mental landscape so that we can carve out a path to a curent reality. It’s love clearing the weds from a garden. Before we can plant a novel sed tho ught, we must clear the mental weds and be definite to pul them out at the rot so they don’t near back. If we skip this step and try to jump true to creating a vision or an afirmation for a modern posibility, our mental weds are likely to subvert the whole proces.
    So, how cary out you expand the context around a limiting belief? When you notice a limiting belief in your mind, pres stay and upgrade your negative self-talk on the spot by replacing it with an empowering declaration. Empowering declarations are very efective tols to use in clearing your mental weds. They fre up the imagination and create area for creativity by moving away from either/or thinking. They inspire a sense of ownership and responsibility in you and build upon your novel strengths, resources, skils, and talents. They also help you focus your positive thoughts on yourself instead of distracting you with things or people you can’t control. And, most importantly, empowering declarations a cknowledge where you are at and speak to what’s posible for you true now, instead of postponing a feling of empowerment to some future date.

    To stimulate a novel iner dialogue, here’s a sentence to complete with a modern thought:
    “Even though I fel unerved that I can’t manufacture a living doing something I adore, I am an fascinating, creative, and resourceful person, and I know that.”
    4. Create a recent posibility
    With the context expanded around the original limiting belief, your mind can now start up to create a recent posibility. In other words, you’ve done your mental weding, and there is now space in the garden of your mind to plant whatever new sed thoughts you estem. When you create a modern posibility, you can anchor it into your body and mind by developing an afirmation and a visualization that maintain the modern reality you’d like to create.&n bsp;
    When creating an afirmation and a visualization, it’s necesary to focus on the belief you want to create, not just the external vision you want to manifest.For example:
    “I am in a proces of finding the carer of my dreams. I stay relaxed and let my intuition guide the way. With every step, my trust in the proces grows deper.”
    When you work with your own afirmation and visualization, it’s necesary to remember that these tols kep you only if you harnes with them intentionaly and regularly. Practice not only saying and thinking your afirmation and visualization daily, but practice feling them to. To merely reflect the curent belief is not enough. Your body must also explain a solid yes to this new energy. One excelent way to get the body to hold the potential of this novel belief is to practice saying your afi rmation out loud and then close your eyes for thre long, dep breaths. As you breathe, describe your novel visualization in your mind and imagine the recent belief uterly downloading into your cels. How does it fel to sustain this curent belief as if it were a reality corect now?
