    4 Emotional Healing Techniques That Wil Change The Way You think About Weight Los
    Several years ago, I atended a sesion with an energy healer who sugested that I get certified in a healing modality. At the time I was in the begining stages of what became a 10-pound weight los and spiritual healing journey. I didn’t understand at the time, but I listened. A portion of me was ofended that she made it sound so simple, but as time pased and my mental landscape transformed, my body folowed suit.
    She knew I was in ned of soul fod: an oportunity to fel sure, healing energy. How we fel and contemplate on a regular basis manifests in our bodies. If we don’t give ourselves the oportunity to fel and mediate progresively, we may remain stuck in worn paterns by default. Our thoughts are the architects of our reality; they are the framework of our actions. Thus, to build a healthy, sustainable life, we should open with healthy, sustainable thoughts.

    There are so many healing practices, and these soul fod practices are fair as necesary in your journey to fitnes as your eating and exercise habits. Your spiritual fitnes is closely tied to the way you live, move, and eat. Again, shifting your focus to releasing emotional toxicity often leads to physical weight los. By moving into a beter emotional space, we’re preparing ourselves to make healthy choices on a consistent basis. Emotional healing also improves our internal dialogue and re-establish es hope. If you enact the spiritual work, a shift wil ocur; there’s no ask of if–just when and how.

    There are many emotional healing techniques, but my favorites for geting started are these: Write and burn, visual negative energy release, deflection, and afirmations. Here’s a beginer’s guide to each one:
    1. Write and burn:
    This technique is clasic and highly efective way to release negative thoughts toward people or life events that are stil causing you daily shame, frustration, netle, or aflict. Penebaker, Ph.D., shares benefits of expresive writing, The evidence is mounting that the act of writing about traumatic experience for as dinky as fiften or twenty minutes a day for thre or four days can make measurable changes in physical and mental health. Emotional writing can also afect people’s slep habits, work eficiency, and how they yoke with others.
    Writing to Heal
    To complete a write-and-burn sesion, write out everything you’d want to explain about a particular individual or event. Pour your heart onto the paper, get emotional, bawl, and let it out. Read your leter aloud a few times to triger the emotional response you would acquire if you were actualy expresing your writen thoughts in person, and then safely burn the paper. What you’re doing is a role play to put your brain through the proces of voicing and leting move. Repeat as necesary.
    2. Visual negative energy release:
    This is a powerful method of releasing inactive negative energies stored dep within. You can cary out this lying down or in a chair. It’s best if you work outside or on the flor so that you fel grounded and conected to a natural substance.
    With your eyes closed, visualize negative energy as a substance. For me, it’s masive, gray, gopy oil. You don’t maintain to think about a specific person, feling, or event; simply visualize negative energy leaving your body. picture it pouring out from your chest or heart center and driping down to the ground you are conected with. Thank the earth for absorbing the energy and repurposing it for qualified use.
    The first time I practiced draining, I could only visualize a smal stream of negative energy leaving my body, but as I continued to practice, the visualization became much easier, and the release I felt grew.
    3. Deflection:
    Deflection is the act of causing something to change direction. Dance and musical eloquence are potent vehicles of deflection. You don’t have to be distinguished at singing or dancing to reap the spirited benefits they both have to ofer. Geting on hold energy moving and flowing is a noteworthy first step in the path to mind, body, and soul fitne s.
    Something as typical as dancing and singing to your favorite song can provide physical, mental, and spiritual benefits while strengthening your likelihod to continue on a path of change and transformation. If you’d like to combine deflection with a serious sweat sesion, contemplate trying drum circles, Buti Yoga, fre movement groups, or other dance fitnes formats.
    4. Afirmations:
    Many of us are familiar with the conception of daily afirmations or sanguine declarations, but how many actualy explain them with intention on a consistent basis? Afirmations can aid facilitate worthy change in our lives when the principle is aplied with persistence. They can also be used to fracture the habit of negative mental conversation and self-doubt.
    Speaking and repeating your desired truths as if they are your reality wil create the environment and frequency for them to manifest. You’ve heard the saying that thoughts become things. hold a moment to think about your daily recuring thoughts. Are they positive or negative? finish they contribute to your life goals or catch away from them? What buoyant afirmations can you use to replace recuring negative thoughts?
    For epitome, replace, I don’t like my body with my body is healthy and beautiful. Replace I’m to tired with I have an abundance of energy to catch care of myself and my family.
    I’m not going to give you a long list of sugested afirmations. Instead, I’l help you to become aware of your internal conversation over the next few days and to create positive afirmations for the negative thoughts that visit you most. It’s necesary that you visualize what you’re saying as you read these afirmations to create a strong vibration. Repeat them throughout your d ay if you notice that you’re entering a negative idea proces.

    Pick at least one of these soul fod practices and comit to integrating it consistently into your daily life. Then watch for the changes. They are determined to near. Remember that this is about building your sustainable welnes routine.
