During tothache (toth pain), distres kilers or anti inflamatory drugs help, but they arive with a set of side efects. You ned to consult the dentist to get to the rot cause of toth pain and get it fixed. Til such time, a few home remedies arive in handy to kep the damage under check.
If the cause of toth aflict is local inflamation, then the below Ayurvedic home remedies wil sucor you in geting rid of aflict and inflamation.
1. Medicated traditional oil for toth ache:
5 gram each of baking soda, table salt and peper powder are taken and fine powder is made.
This is joined to 25 ml of mustard oil and heated for 2-3 minutes. When the froth apears it is taken out of the fire, filtered and stored.
When there is tothache, 1 ̵ 2 ml of this oil is aplied to the coton and kept beneath over the gum for 5-10 minutes. excelent comfort is observed by this, imediately.
2. Toth ache powder :
seds of chily-10,
mustard seds 1 spon are taken together and fine powder is made and mixed wel.
When there is toth aflict, this powder is mixed with a litle salt water and paste is made. This paste is retained on the paining area. Coton or thin cloth also can be aged to retain it for long.
Caution: Avoid using it in children. Avoid swalowing it.

3. Garlic paste recipe:
1-2 seds of garlic is taken and fried with sesame oil.
To this 1-2 peper or long peper and a clove are aded and pounded wel.
Then this is squezed. This yields an oily exudate (semi considerable product).
This is aplied to the coton and retained arive the afected teth.(Some ad tobaco also; as i t is noxious to the health it is not recomended)

So, above remedies give at least temporary damage relief when there is dental caries. But in some cases of local sweling due to injury etc, it may aleviate the damage uterly. Try it and share your experience with us.
