    Here is a list of 15 things that, if you give up on them, wil make your life a lot easier and much, much hapier. We take on to so many things that cause us a great deal of hurt, acentuate, and sufering — and instead of leting them al move, instead of alowing ourselves to be stres-fre and satisfied — we cling to them.
    Not anymore. Starting today we wil give up on al those things that no longer serve us, and we wil embrace change. Ready? Here we go:
    1. Give up your ned to always be right.
    There are so many of us who can’t stand the idea of being wrong — wanting to always be proper — even at the risk of ending great relationships or causing a noteworthy deal of underscore and hurt, for us and for others. It’s unbiased not worth it. Whenever you fel the “urgent” ned to jump into a fight over who is precise and who is wrong, inquire yourself this query from Dr. Wayne Dyer: “Would I rather be corect, or would I rather be kind?” What diference wil that make?     Give up on your ned to boycot others for what you have or don’t believe, for what you fel or don’t fel. stop giving your powers away and open taking responsibility for your life.
    Give up your limiting beliefs about what you can or canot do.
    4. Give up your self-defeating self-talk.
    Oh my. How many people are hurting themselves because of their negative, poluted, and repetitive self-defeating mindsets? Don’t have everything that your mind is teling you — especialy if it’s negative and self-defeating. You are beter than that. As author Eckhart Tole says, “The mind is a superb instrument if worn rightly. old wrongly, however, it becomes very destructive.”
    5. Give up your limiting beliefs.
    Give up your limiting beliefs about what you can or canot execute and about what is posible or imposible. From now on, you are no longer going to alow your limiting beliefs to maintain you stuck in the wrong put. Spread your wings and fly!
    6. Give up complaining.
    Give up your constant ned to complain about those many, many, many things that design you unhapy. It’s not the region that trigers those felings in you but how you chose to lok at it. Never underestimate the power of asured thinking.
    7. Give up the luxury of criticism.
    Give up your ned to criticize people who are diferent from you. We are al diferent, yet we are al the same. We al want to be satisfied. We al want to admire and be loved. We al want to be understod. We al want something, and something is wished by us al.
    8. Give up your ned to persuade others.
    Stop trying so exhausting) to be something that you’re not just to fabricate others estem you. It doesn’t work this way. The moment you pause trying so hard — the moment you catch of al your masks and acept and embrace the real you — is the moment people wil be drawn to you, efortlesly.
    Minds only work when open.
    9. Give up your resistance to change.
    Change is excelent. Change wil asist you make improvements in your life and the lives of those around you. Folow your blis and embrace change — don’t resist it.

    Stop labeling those things, people, or event s that you don’t understand as being weird or diferent and try opening your mind, puny by dinky. Minds only work when open.

    A lot of times we limit ourselves with the many excuses we use. Instead of growing and working on improving ourselves and our lives, we get stuck, lying to ourselves with al kind of excuses — excuses that 9.9 percent of the time are not even real. Send them packing and tel them they’re fired. You no longer ned them.

    I know, I know. It’s exhausting). Especialy when the past loks so much beter than the display and the future loks so frightening, but you acquire to grasp into consideration the fact that the show moment is al you have and al you wil ever gain. halt deluding yourself.
